Simple Nut Butter Cookies (No
Flour, Gluten-Free) Thanks to our neighbors Kirk and Joe
2 Cups of Naturally Nutty Peanut Butter or
Almond Butter (any flavor) 1 Cup of Sugar 2 Eggs Mix sugar and eggs
until well blended. Beat in peanut or almond butter until smooth.
Put on greased pan and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Options: Add
raisins, chocolate chips or dried cherries. Use any flavor of Naturally
Nutty peanut or almond butter
Peanut Butter
Pancakes
1 1/4 Cup Flour 2 Tablespoons Sugar 2
1/2 Teaspoons baking powder 1/2 Teaspoon salt 1 1/4 Cup milk 1
Egg 1/4 Cup Naturally Nutty Peanut Butter (any flavor) 3 Tablespoons
melted butter Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Beat milk
with egg and peanut butter until smooth. Add to dry ingredients and beat
until moist. Cook on buttered griddle until both sides are
brown.
PB Maple
Syrup
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup 1/4 Cup Naturally
Nutty Peanut Butter (any flavor or Almond Butter) Combine ingredients in a
sauce pan. Heat, stirring until smooth. Serve over pancakes,
waffles, ice cream, pie, cheesecake or yogurt.
